In the role of Business Analyst, you play a key part in supporting the business with analyses, calculations, and decision support related to procurement, pricing, and business development. The role is central to the organization and involves many contact points, both internally and externally. You work closely with sales, product teams, and other key functions to contribute to competitive business operations and efficient working methods.

You work with analyses of large datasets and handle complex procurement processes in both the public and private sectors, where multiple parallel processes often run simultaneously. A significant part of the job involves creating calculations and offer documents related to consumable procurements involving thousands of articles and extensive data. The role also includes contract follow-up, price adjustments, statistics, reporting, and ongoing analysis of the business and market.

You work daily in Excel and various business and analytical systems, where Power BI and Microsoft's business systems are important parts of your toolkit. The role requires that you can quickly immerse yourself in large amounts of information, identify connections, and draw conclusions that help the business make the right decisions. It is also a role for you who enjoys improving and streamlining working methods and processes. The role involves close collaboration with other analysts, product teams, and the sales organization.

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in fields such as business administration, economics, or another relevant area, along with a few years of experience in analytical work involving large datasets, reporting, or business analysis. You have strong system proficiency and work comfortably in Excel. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365, SAP, or other major business systems is advantageous. Experience in procurement, costing, controlling, or analytical work in business-oriented environments is also viewed positively.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you handle multiple parallel processes simultaneously and have the ability to combine precision with business acumen. You are proactive, unpretentious, and enjoy collaborating with other functions to find the best solutions.
