We are looking for an engaged and driven teacher on a fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension for the academic year 2026/27!
We are now looking for an engaged and driven teacher for Robinson F-5 who wants to shape the future of learning together with us at Tellusskolan Robinson.
About Us
Tellusskolan Robinson has been in Enköping since 1997 and has been operated by Tellusskolan AB since spring 2020. Fanna, Husberg, and Svedia—each with 84-87 students. The organization also includes a 6-9 school, Vårfru, with 193 students. Our schools are characterized by safety, closeness, and strong pedagogical engagement.

About the Position
As a teacher at Robinson, you work in a dual-leadership model together with a colleague. You are jointly responsible for teaching, often in mixed-age groups.
You are also part of a larger team together with colleagues from our other Robinson schools, where collaboration, experience sharing, and joint development are the focus.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a teaching degree and qualifications to teach grades 4–6.
- Has experience with or interest in experience-based learning and/or outdoor pedagogy.
- Has a good ability to create an inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to develop.
- Is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented.
- Has good collaboration skills and builds trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
