We are now looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful, lively, and active 34-year-old woman living in Ingelstad. At the customer's request, you as the applicant should be flexible, positive, perceptive, humble, and have an eye for what needs to be done.
The work involves being part of the customer's daily life with all that entails. You will participate in various activities and excursions, as well as everyday tasks such as household chores and cooking. The customer is very involved in the work, which means that as a personal assistant, you must be able to collaborate and read the situation. Our customer is an active person who enjoys being outdoors in nature and exercising, but also enjoys shopping, coffee breaks, cinema, or similar activities. Therefore, you as an applicant should be an active person who enjoys various activities.
The customer has a baby of a few months old at home and is currently on parental leave. In addition to helping the customer with their daily life, you will also help the woman care for her child. This makes it particularly important that the personal chemistry works in this assignment. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and flexibility.
At the customer's request, you as the applicant must be a woman and have experience working in healthcare or social care. Experience working with children is an advantage.

About the employment:
Employment type: Fixed-term for the duration of the assistance assignment.
Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: Weekdays, 2–4 days per week, between approx. 06:30–16:30. The position is part-time, and the extent of employment can be discussed and ranges between 50% and 100%.
We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
