Job Description

The Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation services operate throughout the county, but this position is linked to a team working in the southern part of Örebro Municipality. Key areas of work include parental support, crisis and support counseling, education, planning of rehabilitation interventions, consultation, and information about societal support measures. The work is independent and outward-facing, involving collaboration with many other organizations. Together with the rest of the team, you will conduct training for children/adolescents, their families, and relatives. Supervision in various forms may be part of the work. You will also contribute to the team's development work from a social worker's perspective. In addition to an interesting and developmental job with varied tasks, you will be part of a positive, knowledgeable, and creative team. You contribute to the team's development work, bringing your professional perspective with you.

You will participate in a structured introduction program and will have a mentor. In addition to your participation in the multidisciplinary team, you will also belong to the counselors' professional group, where you have several colleagues whom you meet regularly at professional meetings and method development days.

Qualifications

Degree in Social Work or authorization as a Health Care Counselor. Experience working with children/adolescents with disabilities is meritorious. A Master's degree and Step 1 training are meritorious. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, such as good teamwork skills and a positive approach to people.

A driver's license is required as travel is part of the position.
