Are you multilingual in Swedish plus Norwegian or Finnish? Then we have the perfect part-time job for you!

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting our customers via phone, email, and social media
• Handling returns and complaints
• Being part of an engaged team where we have fun at work!

We are looking for you who:

• Are a service hero and thrive in customer contact
• Have experience from customer service or the service industry (restaurant, retail, newspaper delivery – you know what it takes!)
• Are computer literate and quick to learn new systems
• Are driven by clear goals and enjoy achieving them
• Are structured and communicative
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and one of the following languages: Norwegian or Finnish
• Have good command of English in both speech and writing (required)

If you also have experience with SAP, the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, or GDPR, we will be extra pleased!

This position is a temporary hire based on business needs. Work can be scheduled on weekdays and weekends.
