Ljungbyhedsskolan

Ljungbyhedsskolan is located approximately 12 km from the center of Klippan in a beautiful natural area with the forest and Rönneå as nearest neighbors. We are a comprehensive school (grades 0-9) with approximately 390 students in total, including an after-school center with about 100 students. Responsibilities

In this role, you work together with teachers and the student health team to ensure that every student receives the right support. You conduct pedagogical assessments and develop action plans together with teachers, map students' needs, and lead the work with extra adaptations and special support. The role also involves providing supervision and consultative support to educators and work teams, while maintaining a clear preventive and promoting focus. Develop and support language-developing and accessible teaching. Together with the rest of the student health team, you participate in the school's quality work, follow up on interventions, and actively contribute to development work at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

Qualifications

You have a teacher's degree and a special needs education degree (specialpedagogexamen).

Previous experience as a special needs educator is considered an advantage.
