We are looking for a part-time Receptionist for Brandskyddslaget on Södermalm.

Brandskyddslaget is one of Sweden's leading consultants within fire protection, risk management, and sprinkler project design. Our customers consist of all different parties in the construction market, and we help everyone from small private companies to large public actors create safe environments with optimal fire protection.

As a receptionist, you play a central role in the company with many contacts both externally and internally. You serve visitors and have an administrative and supportive function internally.

You are Brandskyddslagets face to the outside world and are the person most customers and visitors first come into contact with. All visitors should always feel welcome.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for telephone service and the switchboard, maintain contact with external telephone services, and handle general reception duties.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail from the building's mailbox and administer courier services.
  • Administer bookings for external/internal conferences, hotel stays, and travel.
  • Ensure order and cleanliness in common areas, such as maintaining dishwashers, coffee machines, refrigerators, etc.
  • Be responsible for keeping existing equipment and accessories in conference rooms organized.
  • Inventory and place orders for office supplies.
  • Act as a contact person for property managers and external service companies.
  • Be responsible for keys, access cards, and ordering new permissions.
  • Provide ongoing administrative assistance to the finance department and other employees, for example, by entering new assignments into the business system.

The role is broad and may develop over time, meaning other administrative tasks may become relevant based on the business's needs.

Experience

  • A few years of experience in office administration and being the "hub" of operations.
  • Education at least at the upper secondary level.
  • Proficient user of the Office package.
  • Previous work experience with several different business systems and telephone switchboards.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as English.

More about the position

  • The assignment is a "rent-to-own" assignment. You will be employed by us at Andara Group for the first 6 months, after which the employment will transfer to Brandskyddslaget if both parties wish.
  • Start date: August 17.
  • Scope: Part-time 50%.
  • Desired working hours: 10:30–15:00.
  • Location: Södermalm, with proximity to the subway and buses.
