I am an active 36-year-old man with autistic traits and an intellectual disability, looking for a personal assistant who thrives in a varied and eventful work environment. To fit with me, you need to be secure, patient, and flexible – and able to meet both calm and more intense moments with stability.

I have a strong will and enjoy being out in society, filling my days with activities and meaningful tasks. As an assistant, you are an important support in making everyday life run structured and smoothly, while also needing to keep up with my active pace.

A large part of the job involves being on the move. I have a car, and driving is a natural part of the job, so you need to have a valid B-driving license, good driving experience, and enjoy driving. In the afternoons, I work with deliveries, which sometimes involves lifting and heavier tasks.

The workplace is wherever I am, as my days vary and we move between different locations.

This assignment is suitable for you if you thrive with responsibility and movement – and is less suitable if you are looking for a sedentary or predictable job.

Scope: Hourly employment, approx. 1–2 shifts/week (Monday–Friday). Extra shifts may occur as needed.

Working hours: 07:00–15:00 or 15:00–23:00

Start date: Immediately

Location: Södertälje (day activity in Stockholm)
