- Experience in performing damage inspections on collision-damaged vehicles and creating Cabas estimates. Familiarity with workshop systems is advantageous.
- You are accustomed to working in Cabas and planning in Cabplan, which we see as a basic requirement. CVDA certification is highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of the damage process, vehicle parts, and repair methodology.
- Service-oriented, communicative, and used to handling multiple cases simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written; English is advantageous.
- A Category B driver's license is required or highly advantageous depending on the specific requirements of the position.
What Werksta Offers
- An important role in an engaged workshop focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Work in a team with short decision-making paths and good cohesion.
- Opportunities for internal training and competence development within damage inspection and workshop processes.
- Market-competitive salary and wellness allowance.
