Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who is confident in their role and accustomed to driving analysis work independently – from needs identification to implementing a viable solution. In this role, you will work closely with both business operations and IT on complex initiatives, contributing structure, momentum, and business focus. You will become a key part of developing working methods, ensuring high delivery quality, and creating solutions that deliver clear business value.

We are looking for someone who does not merely gather requirements, but actively challenges, analyzes, and drives the work forward together with various stakeholders within the organization.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for driving and coordinating analysis work in complex environments and initiatives. You collaborate with stakeholders at various levels within business operations and IT to identify, structure, and prioritize needs and requirements based on business value and operational goals.

In this role, you lead workshops and facilitate dialogues to create alignment and momentum. You work on breaking down operational needs into clear functional, non-functional, and regulatory specifications, and contribute to process mapping and business development. The role also involves navigating complex contexts where you need to make decisions and prioritize in situations of uncertainty.

Qualifications
  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience

  • At least 4 years of practical experience in the role of Business Analyst

  • Experience in independently driving analysis work in complex environments

  • Strong competency in stakeholder management and requirements management

  • Experience in breaking down needs into clear functional, non-functional, and regulatory specifications

  • Experience in leading workshops and facilitating dialogues

  • Experience in process mapping and business development

  • Good understanding of and experience with agile working methods

  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written

  • Experience from large organizations and complex IT landscapes

  • Structured and analytical with the ability to create momentum in complex contexts

  • Good ability to prioritize and make decisions in uncertain situations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Broad IT background with experience from business-oriented development initiatives

  • Experience in improvement work related to processes and delivery quality
