Anton Education operates two primary schools, Antonskolan Blekedamm and Antonskolan Österäng, covering grades from preschool class to grade 9. About the Role

We are now looking for one or more student resources (student assistants) in varying capacities. You will be an important part of the school's team and work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual support to students with special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to promote student development.
• Help create an inclusive environment where all students feel seen and heard.
• Contribute to students' social and emotional development by being a positive and present adult.

We are looking for someone who

• Has education as a student assistant, youth worker (fritidspedagog), childcare worker, or other relevant education.
• Has experience working with children and young people, preferably in a pedagogical setting.
• Is flexible, receptive, and has great patience.
• Can work independently as well as in a team.
• Has a burning interest in supporting children and young people in their development.
• Has experience working with students in need of special support.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Part-time employment at 50–70%, starting August 2026, with the possibility of more. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period, starting upon agreement. Selection is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.

Before you are offered a position at Antonskolan, you must provide an extract from the Swedish Police Authority's register of convictions according to the Education Act Chapter 2, Section 31. Since the processing time is usually a couple of weeks, it is good if you request a certificate of good conduct today.
