With us, you will have the most fun part-time job, giving you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to participate in sports activities. You will also gain valuable experience and qualifications for future work in leadership and group management.

We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1–4.

We are looking for you who:

• Loves working with children.
• Has rhythm and timing naturally in your body.
• Has experience leading activities for children (preferably younger children), or alternatively has a long sports background and has led children in other contexts (e.g., preschool, school, or babysitting).

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt? 🐰

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. We mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a pre-planned lesson structure, meaning all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus entirely on spreading wonderful joy in movement!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training course, and become part of a fantastic leadership team of over 300 leaders.

✨ You will simply have the most fun part-time job, gaining experience and qualifications in working with children's groups.

📅 Employment details:

• Hourly employment.
• The work takes place during the autumn of 2026, starting in week 35.
• Classes are scheduled on Saturdays between 09:00–10:00 at Talavidskolan's gymnasium.
• Approx. 1–3 hours/week.

QUALIFICATIONS: You are welcome to be studying (or have completed) a preschool teacher education or similar. It is a plus if you have attended the arts program in upper secondary school, worked as a group fitness instructor, undergone other dance training, or similar. This is not a requirement to apply; you may still have the right personality.
