We are looking for you who are responsible, confident in yourself, and able to follow instructions easily. The personal assistance assignment involves helping the customer with tasks they cannot perform due to their mobility impairment. You will work closely with the individual in their daily life, both in the customer's home and at their workplace or during other activities. Your workplace is wherever the customer is, usually starting from the customer's home in southern Visby. Since there are fur-bearing animals in the customer's home, it is important that you are not allergic to fur.

The tasks include, among other things, providing physical assistance, helping with transfers, and assisting with various daily chores. We are looking for someone who can be quiet and adapt their working style to different situations. You must be smoke- and vape-free and have fluent Swedish skills. No prior experience in personal assistance is required, and a driver's license is not mandatory.

At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction to the customer, as well as access to Särnmark's internal training on the role of a personal assistant.

We are seeking a personal assistant who can work a scheduled shift of approximately 1–2 days per week. We also accept expressions of interest from those who wish to work as a substitute.

The shifts are 24-hour shifts with waiting time. Access to an assistance center is available if needed.
