Job Description

The Department of Management and Development Projects is responsible for the project management of major infrastructure and development projects within a national technical infrastructure organization.

The operations are in a comprehensive phase of change where the organization has grown significantly in recent years and is now driving an increasing number of investment and development projects. The purpose is to meet needs related to modernization, capacity expansion, and socially important transitions in the energy and climate sector.

Consequently, there is a need to further develop internal processes, working methods, and structures to enable a more efficient execution of the project portfolio, focusing on shorter lead times, increased controllability, and improved delivery capability.

Examples of tasks may include:

• Conducting preliminary studies and analyses
• Leading and steering business development assignments
• Driving change management within the organization
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress
• Preparing decision support materials for steering groups or management
• Planning and conducting training initiatives regarding new working methods
• Creating schedules, budgets, and resource planning for projects and assignments
• Driving and developing processes and working methods within the operations

Preliminary start date: 2026-08-30

End date: 2027-08-30

Option: The client has the right to extend the call-off contract by 1 + 1 + 1 years, i.e., up to and including 2030-08-30.

Scope: Estimated to be 75 percent.

Requirements:

1. University degree of 180 credits in Industrial Economics or equivalent work experience of at least 9 years within the energy sector.
2. At least 8 years of work experience as a Business Developer, with at least 4 years within energy/infrastructure/construction or a corresponding industry.
3. At least 4 years of work experience in change management.
4. At least 4 years of work experience in leading cross-functional project teams.

Merits:

• 2 years of work experience in business development within the public sector.
• 2 years of work experience in project management of construction or infrastructure projects.
