Lilja & Co is a cleaning and workplace service company from Norrbotten with approximately 140 employees, established in 1963. Operations are conducted in Luleå, Piteå, Boden, and Kalix. Our customers include local, national, and international corporate clients as well as the private market. Lilja & Co is developing positively and is therefore looking for an employee for a newly created position as Head of Finance. This role is perfect for you who currently work with finance and want to take the next step in your career.

You will have overall responsibility for the entire financial flow, working with daily tasks and taking charge of the company's payroll management. We strive for continuous improvement and are therefore looking for a development-oriented person who wants to influence and contribute to the continued development of the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for accounting, annual accounts, tax, VAT, and annual reports
• Handling of supplier and customer invoices as well as invoice inquiries
• Reconciliations and monthly closing
• Preparation of reports and financial follow-ups
• Personnel administration such as salaries and contracts
• Contact with auditors, banks, and external partners
• Contribute to development and improvements

We are looking for you who have a stable foundation in accounting and thrive in a broad and independent role with responsibility for the entire financial process. You work in a structured and meticulous manner. You enjoy working practically with ongoing bookkeeping and administration. At the same time, you are motivated by taking overall responsibility for finance and payroll within the company.

You are unpretentious, like to work hands-on, and appreciate contributing with follow-ups and improvement suggestions.
