I am a 43-year-old man living in Laholm with my father. I lead an active life and enjoy carpentry, sailing, cycling, swimming, and outings – preferably to places like Liseberg.

I have cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and a cognitive impairment. For daily life to function well, I need clear structure, a pedagogical approach, and an assistant who can adapt to my daily condition. During periods when epilepsy affects me more, I need extra calm and understanding. The work as a personal assistant with me varies between physically active and more quiet activities.

The job requires you to work in a structured and independent manner based on daily routines, but also to work well together with other assistants and the family. Knowledge or experience of clarifying pedagogy and handling epilepsy is advantageous.

Who am I looking for? I am looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people, are responsible, and confident in yourself. You are welcome to be male. It is advantageous if you have worked as a personal assistant or in a similar profession.

A driver's license and access to your own car are required, as I live in a rural area where public transport is lacking. I also request that you do not smoke or use nicotine pouches.

As an assistant, you will receive continuous education and supervision to create security – for both you and me.

About the positions I am now looking for several assistants for:

One of the positions is a larger position of approximately 140–150 hours per month, according to a rolling schedule.
