Your Responsibilities

In the role of 2nd line support technician, you work with more advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving in close collaboration with both users and the IT organization. You receive cases escalated from 1st line and ensure they are resolved efficiently and with high quality.

Responsibilities may include among other things:

  • Troubleshooting and handling more complex IT cases regarding hardware, software, and networks
  • Working in case management systems according to established processes (e.g., ITIL)
  • Administration in Active Directory (accounts, permissions, groups)
  • Management and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Support in client management, for example via Intune
  • Network-related troubleshooting
  • Collaboration with 3rd line and other technical teams

Your Profile

We are looking for you who thrive in a role with significant personal responsibility and who are motivated by solving more advanced technical problems. You are structured in your approach and used to prioritizing between different cases.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a 2nd line support function
  • Good experience with troubleshooting in IT environments
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Intune
  • Experience with network troubleshooting
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation is an advantage)
  • Experience in documenting procedures and creating knowledge articles

Merits

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with SCCM or similar tools
  • Experience with scripting or automation
  • Certifications in Microsoft or ITIL
