✨ Your Role

As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for the operations in Växjö and lead the work forward together with your team.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring high quality in our interventions according to SoL and HSL

  • Leading, supporting, and developing employees

  • Creating structure, clarity, and a good work environment

  • Monitoring the operations and driving development

You are also part of our operational management group and contribute to our continued development and expansion.

Have the right competence – but also the right drive and values.

Requirements:
  • Education as a social worker (socionom)

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Have a valid driver's license (Category B)

  • Experience in leadership within home care or similar operations

🔐 Important Information – Background Check

In this role, you work in an operation that includes interventions in people's homes. Therefore, a background check according to law (2026:43) will be conducted during the recruitment process.

This means that the final candidate must provide extracts from the criminal record and suspicion registers before employment can begin.
