We are looking for summer substitutes who can work approx. 75% from week 25 to week 32. We are now looking for you who are engaged and responsible and want to work as a personal assistant.

For the spring, we are looking for several reliable personal assistants for a couple of our customers in both Vetlanda and in the nearby area within a 20-minute drive from Vetlanda. Tell us about yourself in your cover letter so it helps us match the right person.

The assistant's role and experience

As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, sensitive, proactive, and positive. You need to have your own drive and a genuine desire to make every day valuable. You are a positive and secure person who looks at the work as a personal assistant in the long term. We are looking for you who have some experience from care or educational work. Personal qualities and chemistry weigh heavier. We prefer female applicants upon customer request.

You need to be flexible regarding working hours because we in the work group solve the staffing if someone gets sick or has vacation – we step up for our customer and for each other.

Requirements

• Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
• Preferably experience of working as a personal assistant.
• Experience of care and social work.
• Ability to provide references (these are provided if you proceed to an interview).
• As an assistant, you must be smoke-free during working hours.

Meritorious experience

• Experience of, among other things, autism and epilepsy.
• Experience of working with children.

Working hours/degree of employment

• Start according to agreement.
• Varying schedule.
