We are now looking for a summer substitute at Magnusgården in Lödöse to replace regular staff during the summer, weeks 26–33.

About Magnusgården

The group home Magnusgården is an LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) residence aimed at older persons with diagnoses within the autism spectrum or intellectual disability. The residence is located near local centers, and public transport (train and bus) is available for commuters. The target group today consists of a mix of older persons with various support needs.

What do we do?

At Nytida, you will meet people with different needs for support and care. We support children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, exercise, converse, and do much more. We are looking for you who want to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

Your experience and knowledge

We believe that you who apply to us:

We prefer that you are trained as a nursing assistant, although this is not a requirement, and that you have worked a few years in care professions. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are meritorious. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.

• Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
• Start date: By agreement (and introduction meetings).
• Application deadline: May 31st.
• Background check: An extract from the criminal record register must be presented upon potential employment. As part of our working environment work, random drug tests may occur.
