Here you will work closely with a person with a disability/extensive care needs, in their home environment and local area, together with engaged colleagues and relatives.

About the Role

As a personal assistant, you are the customer's extended arm in everyday life. You support what is needed for life to function – both the small and the large things.

You will, among other things:

• Provide support in personal care, transfers, and daily routines
• Help with household chores, cooking, and simpler shopping
• Accompany on activities, doctor visits, and social gatherings
• Be a secure support in the customer's home and local environment
• Collaborate with relatives and colleagues to ensure good quality in the assistance

Who We Think You Are

We place great emphasis on personality and attitude. Experience is a plus, but not a must – we ensure you receive a proper introduction.

We would like you to:

• Be responsible, receptive, and have an easy time collaborating
• Have a secure personality and be able to keep calm in all situations of daily life
• Have good Swedish skills in speech and writing
• Be at least 18 years old and have the possibility to work both day, evening, night, and weekends
• Have an interest in care and want to learn more about personal assistance

If you have previously worked in healthcare, social care, or personal assistance, it is meritorious, but not a requirement.
