About the Position

We are currently looking for summer substitutes to join our team who want to make a difference for those living with us.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual support, care, and service
• Plan and conduct activities with residents
• Perform delegated health and medical tasks

You should enjoy being active, have a curious nature, and be a positive person. It is also important that you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of a residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and sensitivity. To apply for the position of summer substitute, you must have:

• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Be at least 18 years old

Merits include:

• Education in healthcare or care, or a pedagogical education
• Experience from similar operations and the target group we work with
• Knowledge of low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a large part of the job
