About the role

At Perido, we are looking for an HR Business Partner within Finance for our client. The company is a world-leading provider of transport solutions and, together with partners and customers, drives the transition to a sustainable transport system. The position is located at the client's office in Oskarshamn.

Your responsibilities

The main focus of the role will initially be on recruitment and general administration. Tasks may include coordinating and supporting the entire recruitment process from start to finish, handling HR-related administrative tasks, maintaining employee data, and ensuring smooth daily HR processes. Depending on the business needs, the scope of work may also be expanded to support other HR functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support recruitment processes from start to finish, including:
• Candidate sourcing
• Interview coordination
• Candidate communication
• Conducting and supporting interviews as part of the recruitment process
• Handling and maintaining HR administrative tasks, including:
• Employee data and documentation
• Updates in HR systems
• Supporting payroll-related administration and general HR processes
• Ensuring smooth daily HR processes and internal coordination
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across different HR functions

Your profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or another relevant field
• Several years of practical experience in HR
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience with general HR administration
• Experience working with HR systems and digital tools
• Experience working with employee data management
• Very good communication skills in Swedish (both verbal and written) and good knowledge of English (both verbal and written)

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2026-12-31. Start date 2026-06-01.
