Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a personal assistant for a service user in their mid-20s. The staff group consists of four employees who together are responsible for providing good and secure care as well as planning and carrying out activities.

You who apply should be interested in working with people with functional variations. In our way of working, we base ourselves on a low-affective approach.

The position is a temporary assignment and the form of employment is PAN employment (Personal Assistant Employment). You need to be able to work independently as much independent work is involved. The working hours are scheduled as full days and nights with sleeping on-call duty, weekdays as weekends. Nursing care is included in the job responsibilities.

Regular documentation is included in your job responsibilities according to the municipality's guidelines.

The service user has access to their own car, and a driver's license is a requirement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are used to working independently. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, as personal chemistry is crucial for good cooperation and building a good relationship with the service user and their relatives.

It is meritorious if you are educated in the following:

• Child and Youth Programme with a focus on social work or pedagogical work
• Nursing Programme with specialization in program deepening "functional impairment"
• Personal Assistant Education
• Other education assessed by the employer as equivalent

Other meritorious qualifications:

• Trained leisure pedagogue, leisure leader, social pedagogue, or other pedagogical education.

You should have good basic IT skills.

We place great emphasis on your experience of working with people with functional variations.

Furthermore, you have good cooperation skills, a positive approach, and good treatment of others. You have good communicative skills in both speech and writing.

A driver's license is a requirement.

Form of employment: Fixed-term employment.

There is an opportunity to combine the work with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment is made based on the needs of the operation.
