The assignment includes, among other things:

• Participating in and contributing to the entire supplier accounts payable process
• Handling invoices that get stuck in the workflow
• Participating in economic support, which means supporting, investigating, analyzing, and answering questions from operations and external suppliers regarding the unit's areas of responsibility
• Being a "super user" in Agresso/UBW for the parts concerning the supplier accounts payable section of purchase invoices
• Following and applying economic administrative guidelines and internal control routines

About the assignment

You will work with common tasks within supplier accounts payable at a government agency with a large number of invoices. The work takes place in the business system Agresso/UBW and involves ongoing handling of supplier invoices.

The role involves significant contact areas, both internally and externally, which requires good collaboration skills and communication abilities.

Requirements

To be considered for the assignment, all of the following requirements must be met:

• At least 3 years of recent experience working independently with varied tasks within accounting in the last 5 years
• At least 2 years of work experience working in the UBW system with supplier accounts payable and large invoice volumes (at least 30,000 invoices/year) regarding both goods and services with Swedish and foreign suppliers in the last 5 years
• Work experience supporting internal stakeholders in handling supplier invoices for at least 3 years
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Work experience with Excel and other MS Office programs
• Experience independently investigating discrepancies in invoice flows

A security clearance will be conducted for this position prior to employment, in accordance with current regulations.
