We are now looking for a meticulous and engaged accounting assistant for a longer-term consulting assignment in Stockholm 📊

About the assignment You will work broadly within accounts payable and handle a large volume of invoices. The role involves both operational work and support to the business, where you contribute with your expertise and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities • Work throughout the entire accounts payable process. • Handle invoices that get stuck in the workflow. • Support the business and suppliers with financial-related questions. • Investigate, analyze, and respond to cases within financial support. • Act as a superuser in the business system Agresso/UBW. • Ensure compliance with internal routines and guidelines.

Requirements • 3-5 years of experience working with accounts payable. • Experience with financial administrative tasks. • Good system proficiency, preferably in Agresso/UBW. • Ability to handle large invoice volumes. • Very good communication skills. • Strong teamwork skills. • Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner. • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

Practical Information Assignment period: September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension. Scope: Full-time. Location: Stockholm (Sundbyberg). Remote work: Possible up to approx. 50% by agreement. Security clearance and background check required before start. 🔐

Other You will be employed as a consultant and work on behalf of our client. Interviews may be conducted as part of the selection process.
