Social Media Manager Wanted – Part-time approx. 25%

Do you want to work creatively with social media and content creation for a strong brand within the car rental industry?

We are now looking for a Social Media Manager at approximately 25% who can help us create material and develop our presence on social media. The role is perfect as a side job or something to combine with studies or other employment.

The focus is primarily on creating material for MABI Hyrbilar in Umeå, as well as for our operations in Örnsköldsvik and Skellefteå. The role also includes some production of material for our tire workshop in Umeå.

About the Role

You are responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content in our social channels. You play a key role in boosting our brand locally and creating engagement, while ensuring that all content follows our graphic profile and tone of voice.

You work both independently and in close dialogue with the marketing managers at MABI headquarters.

As a Social Media Manager, you will work on creating content for our digital channels and help us strengthen our visibility, brand, and marketing.

You need to be able to participate in the entire content production process and feel comfortable both in front of and behind the camera when producing material.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content in our digital channels
• Create campaign materials, offers, and marketing posts
• Contribute to the production of photo and video material
• Be comfortable standing both in front of and behind the camera during content production
• Contribute ideas on how we can develop our marketing and visibility

We are looking for someone who

• Is creative and has a sense for marketing and communication
• Is skilled at creating content for social media
• Can write clear and persuasive copy
• Has a sense for image, design, and the overall picture
• Is comfortable appearing in material when needed
• Is self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Has experience with photography, film, editing, or digital advertising (preferred)

No formal education is required, but we would like you to have a strong interest in social media, marketing, and content creation.
