Movant is seeking consultants in vehicle electronics for heavy-duty vehicles

Movant is now seeking experienced training consultants or consulting firms within heavy-duty vehicle electronics for upcoming upskilling and reskilling assignments aimed at larger companies in the transport and public transport sectors. The focus is on training initiatives for buses, but may also include modules related to trucks.

Assignment Focus

The assignments aim to strengthen and further develop the competence of personnel working with heavy-duty vehicles. The work includes, for example:

• Basic and advanced training modules in vehicle electronics for heavy-duty vehicles
• High-voltage work and safety for electric hybrid and electric buses
• Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system understanding
• CAN-bus and other communication systems
• DC/DC converters
• Control systems, charging technology, and electrical components on buses
• As needed: supplementary training modules related to trucks

Who We Are Looking For

We are reaching out to you who:

• Run your own business with F-tax (Swedish tax status for sole traders) or represent a consulting firm
• Have extensive experience in heavy-duty vehicle electronics – preferably with a specific focus on buses
• Have the ability to create pedagogical, structured, and practical training modules
• Are confident in the role of trainer, supervisor, or technical specialist
• Can work independently and deliver according to agreed timelines

Pedagogical training is an advantage, but not a requirement.

About the Collaboration

Movant AB signs consulting agreements for each assignment. Each assignment is defined by:

• Clear assignment description
• Expected deliverables
• Timeline and training structure
• Remuneration

The implementation of the training depends on the customer's wishes. Therefore, it is important to be able to train digitally/remotely, at the customer's premises, at Movant's premises, or in your own facilities.
