About the role
As an employee within Post and Logistics Handling, you play a central role in the bank's internal workflows. This is an active role for you who enjoys being "where the action is" and is driven by providing first-class service to your colleagues.
This is a temporary position starting immediately until the end of June, with a possibility of extension.
The work is performed 100% on-site at the office in Kungsholmen.
Responsibilities
- Mail Handling: Sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail as well as packages.
- Logistics & Storage: Responsibility for receiving deliveries, handling goods, and restocking office supplies.
- Manage the coffee stations, refill coffee, and keep the area clean.
We are looking for you who
- Can work full-time during the period of May – July.
- Have previous experience in service roles.
- Express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have good physical fitness.
- Are able to work independently and in a team.
- Have good computer skills.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in similar work within logistics or mail handling.
