About the Role

Galaxen Bygg’s vision is a sustainable working life in the construction sector. We contribute to health and competence in the construction industry by matching people to jobs, supporting introductions and rehabilitation, and providing training in occupational health and safety. We are now looking for a coordinator, school trainer, and instructor for Gotland, based in Visby. As a coordinator in recruitment/rehabilitation with us, you will have the opportunity to work and develop within both of our areas of operation: recruitment and rehabilitation, as well as occupational health and safety.

The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with both companies and collaborating partners. You will build networks, lead information meetings, be responsible for various types of agreements, and follow up with individuals in their employment. The majority of your working time will be spent visiting clients and partners to support, inform, follow up, and train – all with the aim of contributing to competence supply and a sustainable working life in the construction industry. Part of your working time will be spent at upper secondary schools to inform classes within construction and plumbing about occupational health, safety, and well-being.

We sell occupational health training to companies, which means that you will be the one conducting the training sessions on Gotland.

About You

We believe you are an engaged person who wants to make a difference and who is both independent and solution-oriented. The role requires that you are good at making new contacts and thrive in social settings. We hope you are someone driven by working towards set goals. Since the job involves spending a lot of time with our clients and partners, you must have a driver's license and access to your own car. You will have overall responsibility for the Gotland destination but will have colleagues on the mainland with whom you will maintain continuous contact and be part of our North region.

About Galaxen Bygg

We operate within two areas:

• Recruitment & Rehabilitation: We facilitate the rehabilitation process for managers, HR, and employees by identifying needs, coaching, planning, and following up. We also help individuals find the right jobs and employers find the right competence within the construction sector. We create opportunities for adapted employment for people with disabilities who have a background in construction.
• Occupational Health & Safety: On behalf of the industry, we offer courses and lectures on topics such as Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA), ADHD/ASD (NPF), and Ergonomics. We also meet with all students in the upper secondary school's construction and plumbing programs every year to inform them about occupational health, safety, and well-being.

Location: Visby, with all of Gotland as the work area

Type of Employment: Permanent position at 50-75% with a 6-month probation period. The salary range is 37,000 – 39,000 SEK (for a 100% position) depending on experience. The position may lead to an increased percentage of employment in the future.
