ABOUT THE ROLE
Lease a Bike is part of Pon, the world's largest bicycle group, with the vision of making bike leasing as easy as riding a bike. Through their platform and partners, they offer bike benefit schemes for employers and their employees. The product is a win-win for all involved and 100% cost-neutral for the customer. The employer is the client, and the employees are offered bike leasing as a benefit.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will become a key person in the support organization. You are responsible for incoming cases via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that customers and partners always receive the best possible service.
Every day is fast-paced and varied; you work in a system-intensive environment (Zendesk as the hub) and handle questions from many different actors such as lessors, insurance companies, employers, users, bike shops, and internal colleagues. This places high demands on your ability to work methodically, prioritize, and communicate clearly in a start-up environment where not all routines and processes are in place yet.
The tasks include among other things:
Handling incoming cases via phone, email, chat, and website
Support within important internal processes, e.g., concluded lease agreements and insurance cases
Ongoing dialogue with the German leasing company and other international contact points
Contributing to the development of the company's digital platform, processes, and routines for continuous improvement
Contributing to creating structure in working methods, case management, and processes within the support team
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience from customer service, support, or another type of coordinating administrative role, preferably within SaaS, IT, or another environment with many different contact points. You are confident navigating between different systems and situations and thrive being the hub.
To succeed in the role, you need to be:
Structured and methodical in your approach to work
Accustomed to working in systems (experience with Zendesk is a plus)
Solution-oriented and pragmatic when new situations arise
Quick learner, self-reliant, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where not all processes are in place
Communicative in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
A team player who likes to find areas for improvement and contribute ideas
It is an advantage if you have experience from mobility, leasing, finance, insurance, or banking. If you also share the company's passion for cycling or have experience from the bicycle industry, it is certainly a big plus.
