Your responsibilities

We are now looking for a new employee for the position of Staffing Administrator within the Health and Medical Services department of the Home Care Administration.

In this role, you are responsible for matching the operational needs with available staff with the right competencies, from a holistic perspective. You will work extensively in the Heroma system, so good computer skills and an interest in learning new systems are crucial.

You will have broad responsibilities in areas such as staffing, recruitment, and personnel administration. You will also serve as support for the Home Care Administration in matters concerning staffing and substitute management. The work requires attention to detail, decisiveness, and the ability to act quickly in a dynamic environment.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a completed upper secondary education or equivalent deemed relevant. It is an advantage if you have completed higher education in a relevant field. You should have good computer skills and be able to work in various digital systems.

Previous experience in staffing, personnel planning (preferably 24/7), and work within healthcare and social care is advantageous, preferably in systems we use, such as Heroma and the upcoming Medvind system.

We value professional conduct and strong collaboration skills. You should thrive in a fast-paced and eventful environment where the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is of great importance.

We are looking for someone who can work structured and efficiently in a high-tempo work environment. You are self-motivated, take responsibility for your tasks, and have the ability to build trust and engagement. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this position, as well as a professional and accommodating attitude.
