Description:

We are looking for assistants for an elderly woman in central Örebro; the client preferably seeks female applicants.

She is a wonderful person, cheerful and kind. She has an acquired brain injury and is hemiplegic (paralyzed on one side). Her interests include sun, swimming, music, film, spending time in nature, and family.

Your Responsibilities:

As a personal assistant, you should support the person with a disability according to their needs, so that they experience the best possible quality of life, and assist with all activities in daily life - including leisure activities and travel, as well as facilitating social interaction with good friends and family.

More specifically: your duties include everything from all household chores such as cleaning, showering, and cooking to accompanying the client on activities.

Personal Qualities:

You are a person who enjoys actively working to ensure the customer has a satisfactory life. Furthermore, you see it as a matter of course to always work based on the customer's needs and wishes.

You must be able to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You will be on a rolling schedule with varying working hours.

You must have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as we have documentation requirements.

Scope:

We are looking for you who can work full-time and part-time on a rolling schedule. We are also looking for substitutes for a part-time rotation, with the possibility of a full-time employment.
