Blocksec Group's Hotel Group secures exclusive 5-star hotels that require security personnel of the highest caliber. We are looking for experienced and mature bouncers with a documented background in the profession or equivalent qualified service.
The role demands high standards
The position places significant demands on personal integrity, social competence, and the ability to move confidently in exclusive and formal environments. You are expected to act proactively and make correct decisions independently, as you bear the overall responsibility for security on-site during your shifts.
We value precision in reporting as well as a sharp ability to identify and handle deviations in real-time. The work is primarily performed during night hours, followed by longer consecutive periods of leave, which provides excellent opportunities for recovery and work-life balance.
