Do you want to be a key player in a larger, socially important project within public transport and infrastructure? We are now looking for a structured and driven Project Administrator / Deputy Project Manager who wants to contribute to an exciting vehicle procurement project.

You will work closely with the project manager and steering group, focusing on project administration, coordination, financial monitoring, and communication. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a dynamic project environment where you can combine administration with operational project support and your own areas of responsibility.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in project administration within complex projects
• Experience with budgets, invoice flows, and financial monitoring
• Very good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Experience with document management in systems such as SharePoint, Teams, or Microsoft 365
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and good teamwork abilities

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience in procurement or risk management
• Experience leading sub-projects
• Familiarity with the railway or infrastructure sector

Location: Stockholm (on-site)
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
