About the role

You will become an important part of our eight-person finance team, focusing on the order-to-cash process. The role involves managing customer accounts receivable and invoicing for a growing international customer base, where you will contribute to streamlining processes and ensuring the correct handling of invoices and reminders. Your ability to quickly adapt to new routines is crucial.

Responsibilities

A central role within the order-to-cash process where you ensure smooth handling of customer accounts receivable and invoicing in a dynamic environment.

  • Manage customer accounts receivable, including credit notes.
  • Invoicing for subscriptions and new customers.
  • Respond to invoice inquiries from customers via email.
  • Contribute to process improvements in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Handle daily administration related to the order-to-cash process.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has basic experience in finance or administration.
  • Demonstrates good problem-solving skills.
