On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a driven student for a long-term assignment where you will have the opportunity to combine economics with HR administration. This is the perfect role for you who want to have broad responsibilities and build a CV that stands out. We are looking for someone who can start in June and who has the opportunity to work approximately 50 %.

About the role

Our client is a well-known and expanding company operating throughout the Nordics, with a modern head office on Kungsgatan in Stockholm. You will be part of the finance team, which today consists of a Finance Manager, a Controller, and a CFO, where you together support the organization's approx. 100 employees.

In this role, you will replace an employee who is on parental leave. The focus is on ensuring that the ongoing economic work (AP/AR) runs smoothly, but you will also get a unique opportunity to support with simpler HR administration and other administrative tasks related to the company. This is a broad role for you who want to develop and get the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility.

This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and will work on assignment for our client. We are looking for someone who can start the assignment in June and work approximately 50 %.

Responsibilities

You will have a central role where your main areas of responsibility include:

  • Supplier and customer accounting (AP/AR): Handling incoming and outgoing invoices as well as daily email management and customer contact.
  • Invoicing: Create and quality-assure invoices to partners.
  • HR administration (approx. 20 %): Support the Head of People with, among other things, contract management, onboarding, and recruitment administration.
  • Accounting: Ongoing accounting and participation in monthly closing.

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying a post-secondary education at a university/college within economics where the studies are expected to continue for at least 1.5 years, or alternatively have another main occupation of at least 50 %.
  • Have previous experience of working within economics (accounting, customer and supplier accounting).
  • Have good knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience with Fortnox, Visma, or similar systems.
