I am a man in my 30s looking for two new assistants to join my team. I have extensive care and support needs, requiring double assistance around the clock. I live with my family in Holmsund, approximately 16 km outside of Umeå.

💼 About the Role

As my personal assistant, you will become an important part of my daily life. Your work has a significant impact on my sense of security, quality of life, and independence. Being my assistant is a meaningful job where you truly make a difference every day!

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting me with transfers and personal care
Providing practical and social support in everyday life
Actively participating in routines and activities
Creating a stable, positive, and respectful environment

You will work either day/evening or awake night shifts, in close collaboration with me and the rest of the team.

Fluent in Swedish (I have a weak voice)

Aged approximately 20–40 years

⏰ Working Hours & Scope

Day: 08:00–16:30 or 10:00–18:00
Evening: 16:30–22:30
Night: 22:30–08:00 or 22:30–10:00

Scope: Up to 100%
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: According to agreement + terms according to collective agreement
