Coordinator for a Central Role Close to the CEO

Do you want a central role where you work closely with the CEO and act as the hub in the network? We are now looking for a structured and driven coordinator who wants to help create order, progress, and results.
About the role
As a coordinator, you will become a key person between several different companies and an important support to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Advertising in various formats
- Compilation of materials and documentation
- Prepare reports and follow up on results
- Prepare for events and other office-related activities
- Take minutes at meetings
- Support the CEO in daily operations
We are looking for someone who:
- Is structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Has strong administrative skills and enjoys order and structure
- Thrives in a central role with many contact points
- Is flexible and can handle rapid changes in work
