We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term consulting assignment in a business with significant impact on purchasing, assortment, and supplier data. You will play a central role in driving change, improving data quality, and modernizing system support in a complex environment.

• Capture and analyze business needs through workshops and dialogue

• Translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the delivery process

• Drive and prioritize the backlog in line with business goals

• Support the business in both operational and strategic matters

• Participate in time and cost estimation

• Contribute to maintenance, incident, and problem resolution

• Clear and quality-assured requirement specifications

• Prioritized and updated backlog

• Improved data quality and more efficient processes

• Support in development, testing, and implementation

• Contribution to stable system maintenance

Required Competencies:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments

• Strong ability to independently drive end-to-end requirement work

• Good understanding of the interplay between business and IT

• Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with databases, queries, or code understanding

• Knowledge in data modeling and integrations

• Experience with transformation or modernization projects

• Analytical and structured

• Self-driven with high delivery capability

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
