🎯 About the assignment

You will support the work of establishing and developing the program's roadmap and delivery planning. Together with more senior colleagues, you will contribute to creating structure, clarity, and a clear thread between business goals and execution.

You will work closely with several functions and gain good insight into how strategic decisions are translated into concrete plans.

🧩 Your main responsibilities

• 📍 Support the development of the program roadmap and delivery waves

• 🗺️ Assist in creating milestones and delivery plans

• 📊 Collect and analyze data regarding resources and capacity

• 🔗 Contribute to linking the roadmap to business value together with the team

• ⚙️ Support prioritization and planning ahead of the execution phase
