We are looking for two assistants to join our team to support a man in his 60s who has suffered an acquired brain injury. He requires assistance and support with all aspects of daily life.

For us, every assignment is unique. Therefore, we are looking for you who are willing to do your utmost to provide the customer with the care he needs, as well as adding a golden touch and a rich, meaningful daily life. The daily work involves supporting the customer with his needs and in everyday tasks. Experience in similar work is considered a plus.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We are looking for you who have some experience in care. Collaboration and understanding are key ingredients in creating a safe support environment for this man, as well as maintaining a good working environment for everyone involved in the assistance. As a person, you should be meticulous, responsible, sensitive, proactive, and positive.

You will be offered a job where your effort is noticed and appreciated. You will receive individualized introduction and training in all aspects regarding the customer's needs and routines.

Qualifying Experience

• Experience with tube feeding is preferred.
• Experience from work in healthcare or social care.
• Swedish language skills (both spoken and written) are required.

Working Hours and Employment Level

• Shifts are available during the day, evening, night, and overnight.
• Night shifts involve on-call duties.
• Working every other weekend is expected. The position is approximately 50%.

Salary and Benefits
