About the Role

As Elajo Mekanik is in an expansion phase, we need to expand our admin team. As an administrator here, you are not just a cog in our machine - you are the hub that ensures everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with our managers and employees, and your support is crucial for the business to function efficiently. We value your ability to build good relationships, your drive to collaborate in a team, and your ability to deliver on time.

What Will You Do?

• Handle invoicing and check time registration in our time reporting system
• Register times in customers' systems
• Responsible for scheduling as well as calculation of shifts and shift reconciliations
• Book accommodation and relevant travel for staff
• Identify training needs and plan training for employees, as well as manage registration in our competence system.
• Support with personnel administration
• Work with the access process to Swedish nuclear power plants
• Other relevant administrative tasks

You will be an important link between employees and management and have the opportunity to contribute to the continued efficiency and structuring of processes and working methods.

Travel to other offices and workplaces may occur.

The position is 75-100%, negotiable.

Background and Competencies

We are looking for you who:

• Have completed upper secondary education, preferably within economics.
• Have experience with invoicing and administrative tasks
• Are accustomed to working in various systems and have good computer skills
• Experience with IF Metall's collective agreement and handling of shift work is meritorious
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have a B driving license

As Elajo Mekanik works with security-classified operations, you will undergo a security clearance interview followed by a background check and drug test to gain access to the workplaces we operate at.
