About the job

You work with corporate taxation but also with providing service and guidance in matters concerning income tax returns. The work covers case management, investigations, and service. The work is varied, and there is an opportunity to develop competence in many areas. As a case handler, you are an important part of helping our customers understand and manage their situation and ensuring correct taxation. Through your contact with our customers, you contribute to strengthening the trust in our operations.

You plan your own workday and drive your cases forward both independently and in collaboration with others. You work in a team, close to your colleagues, and you give and receive support from each other. You also contribute to our work on continuous improvements in everyday life and choose effective solutions. You think new, dare, and act. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You belong to Corporate Tax Unit 2 on the Corporate Tax Department with placement in Luleå or Lycksele.

In the unit, we are a total of approximately 150 employees distributed across 8 sections. We are located in Falun, Gävle, Hudiksvall, Kiruna, Luleå, Lycksele, Skellefteå, Umeå, and Örnsköldsvik. The unit is responsible for the corporate taxation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

• A university education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in economics or law at the time of application.

It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience of administrative work at the Swedish Tax Agency, or alternatively, current and relevant work experience in economics, accounting, or bookkeeping.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may begin with a probationary period of six months.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security clearance with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our security-classed tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
