ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Bastuträsk.

Working hours are weekdays and weekends as follows:

• 07:00–23:00

• 23:00–07:00 (sleeping on-call)

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a positive man in his 30s with a strong interest in cars who enjoys watching movies and motorsport. He also likes listening to music and playing video games together with his assistants. He needs your help in his daily life as he has Duchenne muscular dystrophy and a tracheostomy. It is an advantage if you have previous care experience, as well as experience with tracheostomy, breathing mask, cough assist machine, sucting device, ventilator, oxygen, and feeding tube.

The tasks include:

• Mobility assistance

• Exercise/Training

• Help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

• Household chores

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license + access to a car (you need to get to work if you do not live in the immediate area)

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with any of the following aids: tracheostomy, breathing mask, cough assist machine, sucting device, ventilator, oxygen, feeding tube

Employment level: Needs-based and summer temporary positions

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
