Do you want to work on one of Sweden's most extensive societal development projects? We are now looking for a Senior Property Administrator who wants to contribute to a long-term assignment where you will work closely with project management, legal teams, and stakeholders.

🎯 About the assignment

You will become an important part of a project organization in an intensive phase where planning transitions into implementation. The focus is on ensuring land access and agreements ahead of the upcoming construction phase.

You will work closely with property coordinators and other key roles, taking on a central role in dialogues, agreements, and formal processes.

Your main responsibilities

• 🤝 Drive stakeholder dialogue together with the project team

• 📄 Draft and quality-assure various types of property-related agreements

• 🏗️ Work with land access issues in formal processes

• ⚖️ Negotiate with property owners and other involved parties

• 🔍 Ensure correct handling of documentation and agreements

🌟 To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• 🎓 A relevant academic background, for example, a civil engineer in surveying/societal development, a lawyer specializing in property law, or equivalent

• ⚖️ At least 8 years of experience independently driving negotiations and preparing land access agreements (e.g., easements, leases, or right-of-way) within infrastructure projects

• 🏗️ At least 6 years of experience working with implementation agreements in large and complex development or infrastructure projects (preferably in a metropolitan area)

• 🌆 Experience from at least two large projects with high complexity and many stakeholders

It is an extra advantage if you also have:

• ➕ Experience with land access and agreement issues in several infrastructure projects in a metropolitan area

• ➕ Good knowledge of property formation related to infrastructure

• ➕ Practical experience with negotiations related to leases, rent, or other usage rights

• End: May 31, 2028 (with possibility of extension)

• Scope: Full-time (40h/week)

• Location: Stockholm (Hybrid)
