• If the work involves interventions for persons over 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record and suspicion registry.
• If the work involves interventions for children, you must submit an extract from the criminal record and suspicion registry, which we will store for 2 years in accordance with current legislation.

About You

We believe you are a responsible and warm woman with both humor and patience. You adapt easily to different situations and thrive in a job where the focus is on security, presence, and attentive care, but also includes activity, fun, and play. Experience from healthcare and social services is meritorious, but the most important factor is personal chemistry. Naturally, you will receive a thorough introduction to feel secure in the role.

Job Responsibilities

The work may include, among other things:

• Contributing to safe and present assistance in daily life.
• Support in daily routines such as personal care, hygiene, and mobility.
• Monitoring and checking vital parameters (e.g., oxygen saturation).
• Being close by to prevent anxiety and create security.
• Engaging in activities both inside and outside the home.
• Documentation and attention to changes in well-being or needs.
• Collaboration and communication with other assistants and relatives.

The work requires you to be alert and meticulous, even during calm periods, and to have the ability to act quickly and securely if the situation demands it.

• If you do not have a car and driver's license, we would prefer that you live nearby.
• You are flexible, reliable, and able to step in and work with short notice.
• You contribute calmness, security, and a warm approach.
