We are now looking for a senior consultant for a role focused on implementing new regulatory reporting requirements, including supplementary tax reporting and ESAP.

The assignment involves working at the intersection of accounting, reporting, systems, and processes, where you are responsible for ensuring that new requirements are translated into functioning structures and working methods within the organization.

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Drive and/or contribute to the implementation of new regulatory reporting requirements
• Analyze requirement profiles and conduct gap analyses against existing reporting
• Ensure that reporting structures, chart of accounts, and data quality meet new requirements
• Work closely with operations, IT, and the finance function to implement changes
• Participate in the development of system support and reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with regulations in financial reporting

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with implementation of new reporting requirements (e.g., IFRS, FINREP, CSRD, or similar)
• Strong background in consolidated accounting and financial reporting
• Experience working in complex organizations (preferably group/international environment)
• Experience with system support for reporting (e.g., OneStream, HFM, SAP, or similar)
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions in operations

Merits
