We are looking for a personal assistant for an active woman with NPD

We are currently looking for a personal assistant for an active woman with a diagnosis of Neurodevelopmental Disorder (NPD). The position is on an as-needed basis.

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and can contribute calmness and structure to the woman's daily life. The work requires a low-affective approach, and prior experience in this area is a significant plus. Experience with PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and visual supports is advantageous.

In this role, you need to be attentive, flexible, and able to stay one step ahead – always having a Plan B ready is an important part of the job.

The woman lives in her own apartment and has assistance around the clock, except during the time she is engaged in her daily activities.

Requirements and preferences:

• Driver's license is preferred
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• You must be able to swim
• You must be able to cycle

A relative of the client is involved in the selection process and will have access to the applications.

Monument Assistans always requires a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record) before employment.
