About the role

In the role of Insurance Broker, you will contact Lendo's customers and offer them our insurance products. You will work towards clear goals and receive continuous support and coaching from your direct manager.

You will start the role with training covering sales, Lendo's products, and the industry at large. You will also participate in call listening sessions to be inspired by colleagues and develop your own sales techniques. After the introduction period, your development continues with ongoing coaching and training – both from your manager and our experienced sales professionals.

You will become part of a team of eleven insurance sales agents who drive the department forward together. Collaboration is key here; we achieve our results as a team!

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has sales experience, preferably in telemarketing
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has a good command of English
  • Is results-oriented and motivated by clear goals
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit

About the recruitment process
